Kanyashree
Kanyashree Prakalpa is an initiative of Government of West Bengal to provide financial assistance to the girls, aged of 13-18 who belong to the economically backward classes. The scheme was founded by Hon’bel Chief Minister of West Bengal Sushri Mamata Banarejee on 8th March 2013 and the scheme was publicized on 14th August 2013 by a state wide events and awareness programs.
